Currently responsible for Government Property on $1 Billion+/ACAT 1 program. Also manage spares, support equipment, CDRL, and provisioning technical data deliveries via recurring program management review meetings. Coordinated new FIAR (Financial Improvement Audit Remediation) initiative for the branch and cleaned up deficiencies in contract attachments regarding Government Furnished Property using the latest policies. Conduct property and record audits of Contractor managed warehouses and laboratories and created report for findings and recommendations. Draft letters of direction and letters of response for various LG related contracting actions.

Manage the day to day logistics and support activities for multiple DB-110 and CA-270 LOng Range Oblique Photography (LOROP) camera programs associated with delivery and customer return. The customers include US Military (Navy/Air Force), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) of 10+ different countries. Responsibilities include managing budgets and schedules, and interfacing with program management, engineering, field service representatives, DCMA (Defense Contract Management Administration), end users, freight forwarders, packing houses, and warehouses to meet on time customer delivery metrics for hardware and service related deliverables.

As affordability/process engineer, led activities for ongoing cost reduction initiatives on the Joint Strike Fighter (JSF) electronic warfare (EW) program regarding USG Program Office mandated affordability initiatives aimed at reducing total ownership costs (TOC) of the aircraft. Responsibilities included leading Kaizen/Continuous Improvement events, managing affordability models, and creating quarterly reports showing progress towards meeting cost reduction goals. Also performed a variety of Integrated Logistics Support tasks as a Logistics Analyst including managing $1M+ budgets on multiple DoD programs, provided repair depot planning and management duties, as well as putting together proposals on a variety of programs for the United States Army, Navy, and Air Force.
