Led a team that creating the full instructional manual for use in training new employees. Topics explained in-depth included photography, videography, drone, editing (both photo and video), and products/sales. Manual included visual references, as well as step-by-step instructions on how to properly and efficiently perform tasks, as well as helpful tips to perform the task faster as proficiency in the subject grew.

This company is now doing business under the 11:11 Media name. We still produce narrative and documentary films, just under the different banner. Started 6 month Internship at Red Chair Media, after which I was hired on part-time as a designer, copywriter, and for video production help. I grew in my position to direct commercials as well. Shooting many for local and regional businesses over the (almost) 3 years I was with the company.
