Coaching 10-18 yr olds skills and humility to competently and confidently navigate snowy mountain landscapes. We start with a solid turn on groomed terrain and layer in steep skiing, powder skiing, air awareness, snow safety, nutrition and fitness. Our goal is to create a safe environment for young athletes to gain a broad base of skills with the sport of skiing. We focus on fun, building community and progressing through a near endless loop of skills development related to big mountain and backcountry skiing.

Promoting the 4 season active lifestyle and Mountain Shop retail location. The Mountain Shop is the nation's oldest outdoor retailer, celebrating 8- yrs in 2018. This includes alpine skiing, backcountry skiing, cycling, trail running, climbing and backpacking. I have a big focus on inclusion in the outdoors. I like slow twitch activities for long durations.

We seek to enjoy the steep, deep, off-piste terrain with style and confidence. We develop skills around risk assessment/management, safe movement through complex terrain, and problem solving when things don't go as planned.
