Ben Rodier is the Chief Client Officer and Co-Founder of Salesfloor, a customer engagement platform that unifies Virtual Shopping, Clienteling and AI Assisted Selling. Some of the biggest brands in the world use Salesfloor to empower their salespeople to combine human connections with the power of AI. Before founding Salesfloor, Ben was Vice President of Shopper Marketing and Digital Media at Mediative (formerly Ad Splash Media, acquired by Yellow Pages), where he was responsible for the portfolio of strategic retail partnerships. Prior to Mediative, Ben held various positions in digital advertising and marketing promotions at Canwest Media and Global Television Network (acquired by Shaw Media). Ben has been the recipient of Strategy Magazine’s Shopper Innovation Award, a Canadian Arts & Fashion Award and the Collins Barrow Entrepreneurial Circle Award. Ben holds an MBA from Queen's University, and a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Concordia's John Molson School of Business.
