I am responsible for a team of engineers that support our entire stack of applications. From an engineering perspective we are the first line of defense for any production issues. Our team investigates and identifies issues, proposes and develops the fix, and releases the patch. I am responsible for work distribution, prioritization, QA coordination, and release scheduling.
