I am a board director and CEO focused on getting the best out of people and providing strategic leadership. I enjoy leading nationally important projects by developing and delivering effective solutions to unique challenges. I am passionate about advancing an innovative United Kingdom, where nobody is left behind. The company I run is a values-first organisation, that deploys its expertise via curiosity, collaboration, and a commitment to unite disparate stakeholders around a common goalI am chief executive of Digital Mobile Spectrum Ltd, the sole joint venture of all four UK mobile operators. The company supports wider access to mobile and TV services and has responsibility for delivering the government-funded elements of the Shared Rural Network, improving 4G mobile coverage countrywide. I am also a physics graduate of The University of Manchester, a Chartered Director, Member of the IET, a founding fellow of St George’s House Society of Leadership Fellows, and member of the Digital Connectivity Forum, as well as a rugby coach and referee, school governor and STEM Ambassador.
