Comprehensive responsibility for the HR area of the unit's BI-system. Identifying customers' needs, designing and implementing Data-Warehouses and ETL processes and building advanced reports.Part of the position was finding technological solutions, using external code (JS), by learning new materials in autodidactic way and creative thinking.

This job included Implementing and developing the BI system of the technology infrastructure center. It involved responsibility over the installing, maintenance and upgrades of IBM Cognos servers, as part of the first deployment of this technology in the center.Moreover, developing and assimilating reports regarding the HR, FI and Intelligence fields of the center.The position required managing two other team members.
