Project Manager within a busy projects team. Lead manager and coordinator for all aspects of new implementations of Iken software, as well as projects focussed on upgrading existing software at client sites, on projects valued up to £1M. Led negotiations with several companies to design and create a new high-performance kit whilst simultaneously reducing contract cost by 25% over 3 years. Forged a new business to business partnership between the charity “Help for Heroes” and “The University of Wales Officer Training Corps”, coordinating fundraising during the tournament.
