Additionally, we have been thorough in our coverage of lenders to ensure our clients have access to the best valuations, sponsors and deal structures. In fact, our Hollandia Produce deal was exemplary of this, as we were able to source a deal structure that enabled the owner to establish an ESOP without having to provide rollover equity or a seller's note. This was one of the first transactions of its kind.
