Personally, I lead our efforts in consumer products which has nearly doubled the firm's deal flow in the past 12 months.Additionally, our junior staff should be credited with being among the premier in the industry, partially due to the recruiting and training programs we have established. Our analysts are also among the premier in the industry in skillset and speed to market.SDR's reputation among peers, private equity sponsors, and lenders is very strong in the lower middle market, despite our not being a brand-name bank. We are able to approach 200 to 700 sponsors on any given deal because of the rigorous coverage we provide in the market. Additionally, we have been thorough in our coverage of lenders to ensure our clients have access to the best valuations, sponsors and deal structures. In fact, our Hollandia Produce deal was exemplary of this, as we were able to source a deal structure that enabled the owner to establish an ESOP without having to provide rollover equity or a seller's note. This was one of the first transactions of its kind.

As a Vice President, I was responsible for managing client relationships. This included establishing trust with the client and guiding them through the M&A process. I led several clients to successful exits (sell side) and acquisitions (buy side), as well as led two debt refinancings. During this period, I also sourced an engagement and led it through a successful close. Additionally, I was responsible for leading a team of four analysts through this period. I was proud to watch all four grow into successful bankers.
