Eventually, you have to fight your way out of the basement to find success.That’s what my book, Basementality, is all about. And that's the inspiration for Billion Dollar Idea, my show on Fox Business Network that focuses on my search to find the next great American entrepreneur.When I founded Bai Brands in the basement of my town house in 2009, I launched a “Bevolution” to overturn the conventional wisdom that says “good for you” and “great taste” can’t co-exist. We clashed for years against Big Soda to deliver flavor-packed drinks without mounds of sugar and artificial ingredients. In just seven years, I built Bai into the fastest-growing brand in the industry, leading to its $1.7 billion acquisition by Dr. Pepper Snapple Group.Now my new brand, Crook & Marker, is challenging the alcohol industry to prove that people can feel better about what they drink while still having a good time. Our weapon? Zero Sugar Organic Cocktails with bold flavor you can trust.
