Here I had oversight of five plasma centers, including strategy development and budget administration. I ensured smooth operations, including hiring, training, and leadership development. My responsibilities included regulatory/safety compliance and metrics tracking/development. I proved integral in business planning that encompassed marketing, advertising, and promotions to improve operations and quality performance.

Here, I fulfilled multiple roles, generating new business and ensuring high-quality production for 500+ employees. I managed a $3M budget for 33 plasma collection centers for marketing, advertising, and recruitment. I mentored/trained center managers and quality assurance managers. I assessed trends/competition to hone marketing and branding. Further, I identified best practices, tracked metrics, and drove significant improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs). • Boosted production in FY 2014 via 1.2+M donations.• Elevated Florida to the top-producing region within three months, increasing production.

I directed seven production centers, ranking as the top-producing region across the nation. I held budget accountability, boosting revenue through process improvement and best practices. While with DCI, I contributed to all aspects of opening five new centers from site selection process to successful EU audit inspection.

As the center manager, I led the day-to-day operations and provided excellent, high-quality service. Boosted collections to 1,800 per week.
