I worked closely with the regional leadership team in Berlin to address and resolve contractual matters with owners. I also focused on achieving above-target performance in key metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, F&B profitability, and GOP, while developing strong business networks in Hamburg, securing key partnerships, including a major international airline contract. A key part of my role was coordinating the Autumn Festival at the hotel, where I collaborated with the local community to feature farmers and truffle suppliers through seasonal, truffle-themed menus. I ensured strict adherence to food safety regulations and consistently met audit requirements. Additionally, I managed monthly stocktakes of beverage and minibar inventories, ensuring accuracy and control, and oversaw the procurement of all beverage and bar supplies to maintain optimal stock levels.
