I was hired to help curate and produce this 3000+ attendee outdoor event in Hoboken on October 5, 2023. The content planning for the event was behind schedule and I came on and quickly developed a theme (impact of AI) for the content and secured 30+ speakers for a full day’s program. Additionally I oversaw all production for the event, which included securing permits from city, getting bids and securing vendors for tents, AV, furniture, F&B, bathrooms, fencing, security and more

Overseeing programming and community at the Betaworks Studios, a membership community for Builders--people creating or investing in new companies or idea--launched in spring 2018. We've built something awesome here and I'm focused on creating impactful experiences for our members through events, showcases, 1:1s, venue design/functionality and other points of interaction. I was hired by BMW/Mini North America to help them launch their venue A/D/O in Greenpoint. I provided guidance on site development and infrastructure development (IT, AV) during the construction phase of the project and developed the early conceptual plans for intellectual/business event programming & content as well as overseeing event production.
