With over 20 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry, I am a seasoned sales leader who is passionate about providing innovative solutions and exceptional service to municipal customers. As the Regional Sales Manager at Hach, I deliver high-quality products, services, and support to our clients across Michigan. I leverage my extensive knowledge of the market, the regulations, and the challenges faced by our customers to develop and execute effective sales strategies, foster long-term relationships, and grow our business. Previously, I was a Municipal Account Manager at Kennedy Industries, Inc., where I successfully managed a large portfolio of accounts, negotiated and closed multiple contracts, and increased customer satisfaction and retention. Before that, I was the Vice President of Sales at Whitney Equipment Company, Inc., where I led the sales and marketing operations, expanded the customer base, and promoted new product offerings.
