In my role at Fifth Quadrant, I work with clients to help them understand the experiences consumers or clients are having across different online and offline touchpoints or interactions, and how these integrate into and impact on the overall relationships with their business. Applying our deep understanding of best practice CX processes and design, I provide them with clear, actionable guidance and recommendations that feed into business planning and optimisation at tactical or strategic levels.

The Young Researchers Network sits under the umbrella of the Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS), providing those new to the research industry with an opportunity to meet other researchers and to discuss issues of common concern and interest.As a member of the YRN committee, I'm involved in the planning, set-up and management of educational, networking and social events for researchers under the age of 30 (and older ones who decide they want to tag along).

The national conference committee works closely with the AMSRS head office to plan and manage the society's flagship event each year. As a member of this committee, I was involved in all phases of planning for the 2014 national conference in Melbourne. This included feeding into the design and structure of the conference, reaching out to potential invited speakers, working with local speakers to refine and finalise their presentations, and helping coordinate sessions.

As a research consultant with BDRC Jones Donald (formerly Jones Donald Strategy Partners), I played a role in all phases of research and consulting projects on behalf of blue-chip clients. With a deep understanding of their business needs, I supported them in developing business strategy underpinned by robust research outputs, empowering them to move forward with confidence,During my time with BDRC Jones Donald, I worked primarily in the financial services, telco and retail sectors, but also had the opportunity to gain exposure to professional services and FMCG.

Starting as a graduate researcher, I worked my way up within the TNS Social Research Team to Consultant level. Based in the Canberra office, I managed a broad range of research projects, working closely with federal, state and local government clients across topics as diverse as tax policy, men's relationship issues, workplace safety and the state of NSW transport options.Operating as part of a small, tight-knit team, I enjoyed the opportunity to engage with clients, working together with them to understand the broader context of their issue facing their organisation, and helping them reach a successful outcome.
