I regularly use this expertise to advise clients and particularly in respect of professional negligence claims involving surveyors and valuers.I am a contributor to Scammell & Densham's Law of Agricultural Holdings (10th Edition) along with numerous RICS and CAAV publications.I have higher rights of audience in the Civil Courts and am a CEDR Accredited Mediator.
