Providing security protection, intelligence data analysis and mission enablement to the senior British Military Representative in the Middle East, whilst delivering tactical command to the deployment of an eight person team of Close Protection Operatives in a high threat and challenging environment. Responsibilities include the multi-national collaborative planning, execution and subsequent evaluation of the team’s deployment whilst maintaining the appropriate administration of team members and asset accounts.

Holistically managing an absentee recovery project through to close out; incorporating stakeholder management, risk analysis and communications planning. Finalising in the successful delivery of the project within budget, time and resources. Production on lessons learned to develop future projects and operations.

Supervision of a team of Military Police personnel preparing to deploy on combat operations, including regular appraisal reviews, assessment and evaluation of individual performance and the development of improvement plans where required. Maintaining managerial oversight whilst conducting operational policing, forensic recovery capability and investigation management.

Delivering specialist training to the Afghan National Police (ANP), whilst respecting cultural and linguistic differences in a high-threat environment. Experience in the development and preservation of multinational relations for the progressive build-up and enrichment of societies with extensive humanitarian needs.
