What started as a usability assessment of the Nissan Employee Portal eventually became a substantial redesign. I worked with business stakeholder and users in Japan, North America, and Europe to provide a comprehensive interface in 3 languages to all internal systems and departments. The Nissan portal was a very ambitious project to consolidate the intranet and all employee self-service functions onto a best of breed platform consisting of WebSphere portal, with Vignette content management, and Autonomy Search.
