I have been with the company for over seven years, starting as a freight forwarder and advancing to a sales executive role, where I managed key accounts and developed sales processes and strategies. I have a strong track record of increasing sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention, as well as expanding the market share and reach of Shram Logistics. I have also contributed to the company's mission of delivering innovative, efficient, and sustainable logistics solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our clients.In addition to my logistics background, I am the proud owner of a sales and marketing consulting firm, as well as a residential housekeeping company, and a partner in a rapidly expanding plumbing company.With my in-depth knowledge of the trucking industry, coupled with expertise in sales and marketing, AND my appreciation of a clean and healthy environment,my biggest desire is to continue to make a significant impact in all the fields of work that I’m involved in.I am also an EMT in a small Kentucky county. Serving my community and bringing joy to others has been instilled in me by my wonderful immigrant parents from a young age.
