Founded, built and publicly launched Ready Five incident management software from the ground up, using exclusively Serverless technologies on AWS for the backend, React for the frontend, and React Native for mobile. Leaned into services such as AppSync, API Gateway, Lambda, and DynamoDB for unmatched performance, reliability, and scalability while being repeatably deployable with CloudFormation using infrastructure-as-code.

Responsible for building and maintaining highly-available systems on AWS to host a suite of products used by over 60,000 organizations. Created and maintained shared developer tooling, such as deployment services and libraries that are used for suite-wide authentication, search, and messaging. Worked with internal development teams to optimize performance, address security issues, provide guidance with architecture design to fit projects into a long-term vision.
