• Managed the BHP Software Asset Management team. This included team members across BHP regions as well as an outsourced portfolio management team. Owned and managed relationships with a number of Software services providers and resellers (Insight, Flexera, SoftwareOne, AWS, NTT, A2K)• Owned a USD$200M+ budget across 2000+ apps, 750+ budget lines, 500+ vendors, all BHP regions• Delivered over USD$120M in cost reduction over 2 years while driving process transformation and improvement.
