About Ben Slight

My purpose is to “Pull the book from the fire, and show you what’s inside” - and for some time that book has been Coaching for Performance. The mindset and practices I discovered when involved in publishing the 5th edition were so transformational to me that I joined the company behind the book. Now I put it into practice by setting up global partnerships with organisations that want to achieve extraordinary results through unlocking the potential of people. Time and again I’ve seen how when leaders understand their role as a coach, creating a space where people get out of their own way, then they start getting better results - for themselves, their companies and the even their communities.The world of performance coaching and culture transformation can often feel daunting - until through partners and allies it starts to build a momentum of its own.
