Anything property related can be handled by ‘The 38 Group’ and its various subsidiaries. I’m also Co-Founder & Director of ‘NewHCL’, a London based private property investment and development company, and a Board Member and shareholder of 10-18 Manor Gardens Ltd; a freehold company for an art deco building of over 200 “Manhattan-Loft Style Apartments”Additionally I am a regular contributor and market commentator for publications such as PrimeResi, Forbes, Mansion Global, and WSJ. Well versed in both Sales and a Lettings legislation, I am also fully licensed and use my wealth of experience in order to furnish my clients with fully considered, holistic and informative advice in all aspects of their property needs.
