My duties involve the combination of an expertise in aviation, security and ability to deal with highly sensitive data to lead teams of testers to conduct auditing and health monitoring of aviation security nationwide. With constant assessment of current and new global threats, the role requires unique training to remain dynamic, effective and customer focused all while working within the ICAO ISO 9001 standards.

In this role I advised potential study abroad students of opportunities to take part in an international program as part of their course. This involved understanding the structure of the study abroad opportunities, as well as relating to faculties and specific courses being offered at the University of Hertfordshire. Additionally I was an ambassador for the program having undertaken 2 years of my degree abroad.Additionally this role included the running of a promotional stand on both campuses; the focus of the promotion was to increase the reach of study abroad and to distribute the necessary paperwork to those interested in the opportunities. The role also required that I presented on the study abroad experience and process to students in lectures and specific study abroad sessions as well as university open days in an effort to persuade prospective students of the importance of a study abroad experience as part of their degree, and furthermore how it will impact upon their employment opportunities.

My duties within ULAS were highly varied, the main duties involved Flight training, however I also participated in a multitude of adventurous activities, sporting events, and other various RAF officer duties. I was given the highest quality flight instruction at RAF Wyton; where I was given responsibility for the safe flight and operation of flying solo on the RAF trainer Grob Tutor. The dedication of many weekends and most vacations allowed me to develop a skill set that of an RAF Officer. Working as a team, my colleagues and I frequently organised vigorous training exercises where I was able to participate in many personal development and leadership camps, all intended to advance our ability to work as part of a team.
