While working as a Microbiologist at the WSLH, I witnessed how Buzops Software was being developed. I recognized it would soon need validation in the market. Buzops founders identified that my research and people skills would help with this aspect. Fast-forward; my ideas and strategies were influencing how Buzops was being developed in preparation for its launch. I couldn't stop myself from creating the pathway to identifying product-market fit, and then strategizing a plan to execute on Buzops market penetration and positioning. I fell in love with Marketing and did not hesitate in making a career switch - I took the leap! Today I am looking to leverage my 6+ years of experience as a Molecular Microbiology Scientist, combined with 2+ years experience as the Head of all Marketing operations of a growing SaaS start-up.I am eager to utilize my experience assisting in running a successful business, my skillset as a fast-learning marketer and self-learned entrepreneur with strong leadership skills, not to mention my strength communicating in Spanish, Italian, and English.
