🔥 Crew Commander | Scottish Fire and Rescue Service 🔥As a Crew Commander at a dynamic multi-pump and multi-special fire station, I lead a dedicated team of 14 professionals in high-pressure environments, ensuring operational excellence and safety. My expertise spans various rescue disciplines and operations, including Water Rescue, Heavy Rescue, Safe Work at Height (SWAH) Tier Two, Aerial Ladder Platform operations, alongside my role in the Command Support Unit. I serve as an Incident Commander for smaller incidents and the initial stages of more complex incidents and work closely with the Watch Commander in managing our team effectively. With a passion for training and development, I actively contribute to our training sessions, leveraging my qualifications and experience in a Training Delivery Team, including Road Traffic Collision Instructor (RTCI), Breathing Apparatus Instructor (BAI), Compartment Fire Behaviour Training Instructor (CFBTI), and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS). I am passionate about multi-agency collaboration and continuously seek opportunities to enhance our collective response capabilities.
