• Continued full time employment at idsMED Taiwan branch after 3 months rotation as Management Associate of Li & Fung Limited, and officially joined the management team at the Taiwan branch. • In May 2021, successfully lead middle office team of 5 to co-design, co-develop, test, and launch (in Taiwan) the company's new Enterprise Resource Planning System - using the cloud based Microsoft Dynamic 365 system. • In September 2022, successfully lead the middle and front office teams to co-design, co-develop, test, and launch the company's new Customer Relationship Management System - using the in-house SPARKS system. • With the goal of change management, and to have the middle office operate professionally and in-line with the Group's direction, implemented at least 15 new policies improving standards for in/out bound logistics, to forecasting of inventory management. • Reduced Trade Working Capital exposure from a max of USD 2mil, to USD 500k. Also took charge of budgeting the growth of Trade Working Capital in line with the management team's plan for business growth. • Actively mentored 2 management trainees hired for middle office roles, with one achieving promotion within 1.5 years of joining the company.

Hong Kong Sar

As part of the Program for Management Development (PMD), 2 main internship postings were completed within the year's training period. 1. Posting to Cobalt Fashion Holdings Limited (A subsidiary company formed from through JV with Li & Fung Limited) - based in Hong Kong. • Part of Knitup project startup team, assisted in business strategy formation alongside Fung Group Business Intelligence Unit• Jointly created Knitup working prototype on WeChat ministore, soft-launched at the China International Import Expo 2020.2. Posting to idsMED Group's (a subsidiary of Li & Fung Limited) Global SCP unit - based in Singapore. • Spearheaded the vendor management project in Global SCP, reviewing logistical performance metrics from vendors to idsMED entities in the region.• Jointly developed Global SCP's management's strategy decks.3. Posting to idsMED Taiwan branch to cover the role of Manager Operations and Revenue Funnel Management.• Managed team of 5 staff to cover day to day operations, including roles from Sales Order Management, Inventory Management, Freight & Warehouse Management, and Revenue Funnel Management. • Generated and presented monthly working capital reports to management, along with initiatives implemented in Taiwan team to improve working capital position.

• Employed design thinking as project manager to lead the inflight entertainment system development, launched in December 2018.• Harmonized internal and vendors’ business functions across global offices to ensure continuous operation of onboard systems.• Lead publicity and marketing efforts to showcase new system capabilities pre and post product launch. This constituted the coordination of video production and launches on SIA’s social media platforms. • Evaluated industry trends and formulated a 5 year product roadmap for future system enhancements to ensure the SIA onboard customer experience remain as the market frontrunner – utilizing innovation and digitization as the main themes.• Coordinated the department’s annual project budget of SGD 81 Million, alongside negotiation of budget allocation within the division.

• Managed procurement contracts for SIA Group of annual value approximately SGD 50 Million, to sustain shared services.• Strategized negotiation direction for each contract’s commercials, and maximized annual cost savings of SGD 1.9 Million, or 8% of portfolio.• Contributed to SIA’s purchasing manual direction and revisions due to experience in management of multi-million dollar contracts.

• Strategized bilateral and multilateral airline partnerships to expand SIA’s revenue reach across offline markets within South East Asia.• Appointed as SIA Group’s liaison alongside 28 other Star Alliance airlines to recommend strategic decisions in the Alliance’ global product proposition. Highlight: Attending discussions with Latin American counterparts in El Salvador.• Trained and represented Star Alliance management team as a compliance auditor, to ensure minimal standards of Star Alliance airlines globally.
