Coordinate the day-to-day work of accounting staffKey End Result of the Position:1. Daily follow-up and review of staff and partner advances liquidations and entering in GL after approval2. Ensure bank reconciliations are timely produced and reviewed for CFM approval3. Ensure monthly financial corporate WARO reports are performed and sent on time.4. Analyst/review PU financial reports and prepare feedback to PU Managers.5. Preparation of countrywide Budget vs Actual monthly analyst for CMT information and decision making on burning situation.6. Staff training on financial processes7. Support field planning processes and actively participate in partners and field based community organization (CMP) training and empowerment.

1. Review all requisitions, purchase orders and requests for payment to ensure that they are within the approved budget2.Handle all banking and treasury issues3. Manage the General Ledger (GL)4. Ensure that payroll is accurately and timely prepared and authorized before salaries are paid to staff and entry is made into GL.5. Ensure compliance with donor budget.6. Prepare and analyse monthly report on outstanding advances to staff, partners and communities.7. Participate in budget preparation and control.8. Implement audit recommendations related to accounting and finance.

1. Assist in supervising, coaching and distribution of work to Fiscal staff2. Provide backup and support to the account staff as needed3. Work with the General Administrator to establish, monitor and enforce internal controls4. Act as liaison between JFK, Bureau of the Budget and Ministry of Finance on financial and budgetary matters5. Keep the General Administrator informed and educated on existing and new GOL financial policies.6. Maintain confidentiality and protect the operations by keeping information confidential7. Ensure that all employees of the Fiscal Department maintain appropriate conduct and professionalism8. Work with the General Administrator to control the inflow and outflow of cash9. Act as co-signatory to all JFK accounts at various banks

1. Assist the comptroller with the discharge of comptrollership of the medical center.2. Co-signatory to the disbursement vouchers for system and control purposes.3. Receivables and payables updating4. Review daily cash control records of deposits and disbursements5. Supervise the various sections of the fiscal Department6. Banking and Treasury management
