Responsible for selling the total scope of KM Services and solutions towards customers in China. Lead the Aftermarket Sales team by developing a strong sales culture and high competence levels within the area of responsibility. To ensure the business and functional integration of Field Service Development and Customer Training, HSE, Quality, IT and Business Improvement, and the deployment of our world-class Service Engineer capability, ensuring quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness

Responsible for developing and implement country specific Marine Service strategies and deliver Marine Service growth targets with reasonable profit. Manage the P&L, revenue, profits and cash to align county budget. Leading sales team to deliver SMART customer plans, establish the relationship with valued customers. Developing the capacity and capability to deliver commissioning, field service and R&O within good quality and HSE standards, have grown from 12 manpower 2005 to 76 manpower 2015 through the empowerment of individual teams, training and promotion of a supportive organizational culture across the diverse provincial sites that spans Greater China.

Manage all service engineer resources in RR marine in China, Secure needed service engineer capacity and capability for RR marine in China and execute agreed strategic action plans for marine service in China including compliance with HSE standards.

Coordinate service engineer resources related to commissioning /repair work, prepare necessary documentation and parts related to commissioning/repair work, and execute agreed strategic action plans for marine service in China.

Independently carry out on-site repair and service operations on a range of products with limited technical support, Hold responsibility for ensuring that specific maintenance work scopes are professionally administered on a day-to-day basis through on-site liaison with the customer, whilst maintaining all relevant technical documentation.
