Responsible for facility management for Bai Lian 9 campus，130,000+sqm

Support & manage all existing Operations vendor relationship, communication, contract negotiations, and payments；Oversee the maintenance of buildings and periodically review and report on building health；Ensure maintenance requests submitted via ticketing system are solved to maintain KPI targets；Work with Community Managers to operationally support events in their building spaces；Purchase emergency items to facilitate repairs ； Serve as Facilities’primary point of contact between Community Management and Landlords；

Core responsibility will include overseeing and driving maintenance, security, cleaning, parking and Landscaping.1. Manage campus facility team on building facility system test and handover .2. Lead team on facility,EHS, security and cleaning system setup3. Manage facility/security/cleaning outsourcing vendor , build a safe ,secure, clean, reliable and operational cost effective facility environment 4. keep facility system 100% uptime , Zero safety incident and Zero security violation.5. Build up and execute Business Continuity Plan 6. Producing Annual Maintenance Plans, prepare and oversee budget for necessary works. Inspecting and supervising work of current condition of electrical, mechanical and building maintenance7. Maintain constant communication and a strong partnership with the Head Of Operations, frontline service team, educators and partners. Co-manage contracts with sub-contractors alongside the Legal Team and the Head Of Operations while making sure they provide the highest level of services possible to the naked Discovery’s guests and brands8. Control energy/water consumption and develop green initiatives where possible ,contribute in developing operational sustainability policy and implement measures and efficiencies9. Support Operations and Sales Marketing teams by ensuring that all events run smoothly10. Participate and joint sign off with naked Discovery management team for staged construction work through to completion, ensuring proposed works do not compromise naked Discovery standards.

1、Responsible for the building facility maintenance, installation, commissioning and facility maintenance spare parts management. Ensure providing a safe and reliable facility operational environment for normal business operations.2、Develop the facility maintenance plan, implement regular facility maintenance work on building, infrastructure, as well as utilities.3、Tracks, analyzes and trends assigned facilities , energy consumption and operational data. 4、Manages the day-to-day contractor performance regarding technical contract specifications, contractor problems/issues, contractor performance and contract administration. 5、Reviews and approves all expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials, and specified contracts6、Define facility manpower needs and build/train the team; monitor and control the team’s performance and ensure that all programs and procedures of the operating staff are being implemented7、Manages and supervises facilities personnel including hiring, promotions, recognition, discipline and personnel termination's. Responsible for completion of required documentation and forms. 8、Monthly utilities operational costs collection and facility maintenance costs tracking, implementation of effective energy management strategy to continuously improve facility energy efficiency.9、Prepares assigned facilities budgets .Ensure the team financial performance, be responsible for team budgets and monitor expenditure according to the approved plan; identifies the savings in operating cost in the ongoing management of the premises10、Establishes process performance metrics; tracking, analyzing and reporting performance in terms of quality, safety, cost, and customer satisfaction.11、Prepares customer/management required reports detailing operational activities at assigned facilities for the reporting period12、Assist to retain customer and to participate in customer contract renewal.Report Directly to： Operation director Number of Subordinate: 6

Responsibility profile : Take charge of plan, perform planned preventive maintenance services, and installation, troubleshooting and general repair of facility-related system and equipment in GE campus.- Set up and lead the execution the maintenance system based on the requirement of GE and C&W - Plan, and supervise the daily work of maintenance team and relevant subcontractor to make sure all the activities are under safety and efficiency - Monitor the whole process of some reconstruction project (from design till the delivery ) - Stock Spare parts to make sure maintenance work could be fulfilled on time - Submit annual maintenance budget and cost control based on normal maintenance - Have communication with team frequently, and track the following up to have improvementReport Directly to: Engineering Manager Number of Subordinate: 11

Responsibility profile : Take charge of HVAC system in IVO - Construction supervision, project coordination ,project process plan and manage - Commission HVAC systems to ensure they operate and perform as designed. - HVAC system operation and maintenance. - HVAC system power saving- 5S improvement - Emergency Preparedness ,Response and record. - Stock Spare parts to make sure maintenance work could be fulfilled on time and join purchase process.- Responsibility for approving SOP documents,check list record, preventive maintenance record
