• Developing best case studies stories on climate adaptation and mitigation practices in all IGAD Member states(Video/Photography)• Develop and maintain media contacts, pitch compelling IGAD-RICCAMA content, and position IGAD in influential media outlets at the national and global levels.• Manage the internal and external communications of the IGAD-RICCAMA Project, keeping the partners up to date with the events and progress of the program and facilitating easy sharing of information among the different stakeholders.• Compile and edit updates for weekly, monthly, and annual reports on activities of the IGAD-RICCAMA Project • Design and coordinate production of the IGAD-RICCAMA Project branded materials like Roll Up Banners, Flash Disks, Pens, Polo Shirts etc.• Rapporteur in main the IGAD-RICCAMA Project events, including conferences and workshops• Engage with the media to disseminate information on the success stories of the IGAD-RICCAMA Project • Produce content for and share with the main IGAD ICPAC Communication officer• Monitor the implementation of the IGAD-RICCAMA Project communication and strategies• Conduct training in communications and knowledge translation for a climate conference in all member states
