Generalist HR duties for 300 Employees to include:• Enforcing health and safety policies and procedures• Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely, organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff• Preparing payroll monthly.• Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations• Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans• Provide staff orientations• Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place• Investigate and understand causes for staff absences and recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties.• Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions.• Managing and alert the General Manager on confirmations and expiry of contracts.
