As a Product Design Engineer at Localmaket, an online marketplace for groceries from around diverse cultures of the world, I apply my project managing skills, UX/UI design skills and customer experience knowledge to create an innovative and user-friendly interface filled with exciting utilities for foodies. I work with a cross-functional team to deliver products that meet the needs and expectations of our diverse and unique users. I have been working in this role for over two years, and I have successfully increased customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty by implementing feedback mechanisms, improving user interface and enhancing communication channels. I am passionate about using technology and design to solve real-world problems and create positive social impact.
