As VP, my duty is to ensure that the organization's activities and goals remain consistent with its mission statement. I work closely with the President to make executive decisions regarding branding, long term and short term goals, organization structure and policy. I also work closely with Drifting Pretty sponsors and supporters to maintain relationships and organize events.As Head Instructor I lead a team of 3 other instructors to ensure our curriculum provides a challenging yet effective environment to allow our members to gain knowledge, a sense of achievement and empowerment. Curriculum involves several types of racing, general car knowledge and automotive service/modification. Our members are taught in a classroom setting as well as hands-on at race tracks, kart tracks and home/professional garages.I also mentor our Lead Website Administrator who develops our website.
