Project: Hamutuk | hamutuk.tl- Designed and engineered a shared calendar, resource library, and interactive nutrition information for aid partners in rural Timor-Leste with low digital literacy. These features collect data and provide meaningful, targeted information to improve nutrition and health using a mobile app and an online platform.- Designed and co-led research in discovery and testing phases, using card sorts, journey maps, interviews, and questionnaires.Project: Hamahon | hamahon.tl- Created a style guide and logo for the needs of first responders in domestic crisis situations.- Implemented that styleguide with a team of 4 on the frontend of a directory web app.Organizational Activities- Collaborated with HR to write and conduct interviews for short term UX and Visual Design contracts.- Facilitated a workshop to gather cross-team experiences with usability testing, share templates, and set organizational standards.Catalpa Site | catalpa.io- Collaboration with lead designer on front end development for site rebuild.

Investigated designers’ workflows via interviews, supervised and unsupervised observations, a questionnaire, and my own experiences in that role. Analyzed and addressed the following pain points with my small developer team:- Decrease windows and clicks it takes to proof an ad.-- Quick: a webapp for creating multiple ads at once based on successful templates. My roles: front end development, testing.-- Paramount: a webapp for creating responsive ads that gracefully resized to different ad containers. My roles: design, front end development, testing.-- Avenue: an in-house app suite that streamlines designer workflow by enabling team leaders to assign app permissions based on each designer’s workflow assignment. My roles: design, front end development.-- Wiki: an easily searchable process guide for standard operating procedures, specialty clients, and different workflows. My roles: content, front end development.- Make ad production data accessible to designers, team leaders, and executives.-- Grandstand: Visualizes and filters ad data with graphs and charts. Data scientists can report ad performance. Team leaders can use this to see their team’s output. Designers can use this to see other designers’ ads and get inspiration. My roles: design, front end development.-- Jumbotron: Graphs and leaderboards from Grandstand data intended to engender competition among designers, displayed on TVs around the office space. My roles: design, front end development.- Quizzette: A quiz creation web app for sponsored quiz ad packages.
