• Preparing management reports like balance sheet, revenue, sale reports and to retail leadership team and other stakeholders • Providing retail product team with product performances analysis, to answer question of interest like product with highest number customers, product with the highest revenue, showing trends among others.• Develops and maintain programs that assist in profiling customers who qualify to borrow money from our mobile and online platform. This is to ensure mobile loans is approved for credit-worthy persons.• Providing 360-degree customer and product view with an effort to meet customer and business needs.• Involved in projects involving change of systems, creating new product and data accessibility and governance.• Shape sales and customer service behaviour true score cards reports at individual level. This ensure there is a high employee performance culture.• Providing robust data analysis to generates insights and lead generations.

• Acting as an intermediary between customers and other department that don’t sit at branch like retail digital team and retail product team.• Ensuring customers issues are followed to closure.• Selling and cross-selling bank product based on customer’s need and nature of their work.• Handle customer complain but establishing their source of complain and offering solutions and where I’m not able to help I escalate to relevant team or my supervisor.• Processing only dully authorized transactions as per set guidelines, and exceptional approvals as per advised discretionary limits.• Receiving, vetting and forwarding application forms for various bank services and products.• Performing know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundry (AML) assessments and ensuring that the customer is not in the black list.• Ensuring supporting documents on real time gross transfers (RTGS’s) and telegraphic transfers (TTs) are availed as required by AML/CBK guidelines.• Ensuring large cash transaction form is duly filled, signed and supporting documents are attached at all times.• Negotiating Foreign exchange rates for customers on request and conduct foreign exchange transactions.• Verification and positive identification on instructions received before processing. Ensure the necessary stamps are appended on the instructions.• Carrying out AML checks and escalate noted exceptions to the relevant authorities.
