• Led top company priority privacy initiative for Ads Measurement. The initial scope of the project encompassed 26 workstreams across Measurement, and ballooned to 81+ workstreams spanning multiple orgs. The total project scope encompassed 84 eng allocated to Measurement, and ~ 25 eng outside of Measurement from downstream product teams.• Initiated a V-team to solve a critical problem with metric development, then launched a new initiative based on our findings that included building out a new eng team with resources from 4 orgs. Built a new product that streamlined and helped automate metric development, and improved reporting governance• Launched the metrics governance program for the ABP org that increased metric quality standards for product teams building advertiser metrics

• Owned the portfolio of solutions and lead the development of advanced analytics solutions for customers, channel partners, and employees of the enterprise organization• Led the Data Services Team initiatives to build workflow-based solutions that put advanced analytic insights into the hands of customers, sales, customer success, renewals, channel partners at key points in the decision making process to increase revenue. • Launched reporting governance and led global reporting teams to standardize reporting and push new large-scale, measurable, revenue-impacting initiatives that reached across multiple business units.
