• Lead multi-unit teams of staffing managers & recruiters throughout the state of Ohio, and directed efforts of internal management teams in Akron, Toledo, Columbus, and North Carolina, to achieve our collective goals of providing the most successful on-boarding and staffing support operations throughout a variety of high-volume client worksites. Focused on strategies for team member & company growth, efficiency improvements and total quality results. • Full-cycle recruiting, screening, and hiring for all positions, including high volume resume screening, phone & face-to-face interviews, administering & analyzing personality assessments, and salary negotiations. • Interstate Management & Development: Managed internal staff across four distinct regions and engaged with staff to facilitate growth and ensure staffing goals were achieved across all units. • Staffing Plan Development & Design: Initiated successful startup of new staffing offices, planning & facilitating new office & workforce development. • HR & Supply Chain Support: Strategized with client facility HR personnel & operations managers to address local challenges affecting recruiting efforts, analyzed staffing levels and projections, employee safety, company sponsored events, turnover reduction, & onboarding strategies. • Change Management Support: Employee rollovers, acquisitions, and policy overhauls; assisted with strategy development, assessments, new policy implementation and communication. • Team Leadership: Provided direction on individual and team-oriented goal planning and achievement, developed and lead group presentations during on-boarding and training sessions.

I focused on meeting our goals by diligently sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and preparing prospective employees to ensure the right fit for each position. I worked daily with every member of our team to increase retention, encourage & counsel employees, develop individualized plans for achieving success for business growth-related needs, and successfully implemented company policies and safety initiatives. Directly responsible for multiple facility accounts throughout the area, this is a position that requires a refined ability to multitask, prioritize, and coordinate with many players. I remained diligently involved in all aspects of the employee on-boarding and management process, with direct responsibility for 400+ employees at a time. These roles required a keen ability to negotiate a broad range of ever-changing daily challenges related to recruiting and employee management. Some of the regular themes included: • Sourcing, recruiting, & screening employees to ensure the best position-specific and organizational fit for each facility. • Developing & implementing on-boarding plans; organizing & conducting group employee orientations to prepare employees for on-the-job success. • Assisting with the development & implementation of risk mitigation efforts through safety initiatives, including creating facility-wide awareness through top-down & bottom-up communication efforts, counseling & documenting. • Researching & determining resolutions to employee payroll disputes across multiple timekeeping formats.• As liaison amongst human resources, operations, and safety leaders, providing regular/daily communication to ensure proper team awareness & goal-oriented efficiency. • Engaging in appeals, providing documentation & dispute, when necessary, for ineligible unemployment claims against the company. • Responding to, investigating, researching, consulting, documenting and following-up on employee claims of workers compensation.

• Researched legal issues and developed legal arguments while creating appellate briefs to be submitted to the Ohio 11th District Court of Appeals. • Assisted in obtaining, reviewing, and analyzing case evidence for trial preparation and appellate brief development. • Gained familiarity with Ohio court systems, including trial rules and processes, documentation, probation departments, criminal investigations, criminal law, and legal strategies.
