I co-initiated Blue Institute in 2008, a research institute and a think tank devoted to the business community. We conduct research and provide insight about the evolving economic, strategic and technological environment, and use that knowledge to help business leaders and policymakers to make better decisions.Blue Institute contributes to the business community in three dimensions: by providing a platform for network engagement, by publishing insights and reports on emerging tech, markets and organisational trends, and by providing expert advice to decision makers.VP, HEAD OF RESEARCH AND ANALYTICS (2014 - present)Responsible for our research and analytics, including the programs Swedish Growth Barometer (tillvaxtbarometern.se) and Emerging Business Opportunities (framtidatillvaxt.se), as well as commissioned research, insight and forecasting. Blue Institute was initiated in part to provide strategic insight to Mercuri Urval Group, a leading HR consultancy. I worked with clients such as Sandvik, AB Volvo, Luvata, PostNord and Vattenfall, as well as with private equity.
