I joined Phaidon International in September 2012 & worked in their Oil & Gas division, Laking Group, specializing in placing Subsurface professionals. After the rebranding of Laking Group into LVI Associates in November 2016, I had the task of starting the Power Delivery / Transmission & Distribution team. After successfully developing this team in our London office, I was given the opportunity to move internationally in September 2017 to take on the challenge of growing LVI Associates in North America from our Boston office! Since its inception, the Power Delivery team has become one of the largest and most successful teams globally for LVI. In 2019, having successfully grown the Power Delivery team, I was given the task of overseeing the whole of LVI Associates for Boston and help develop our other teams which include Renewable Energy, Building Systems Engineering & Heavy Civil Construction.
