It wasn't until I helped build out a branch of a sales and marketing company 9 years ago. Hundreds of interviews and 60 or so employees later, I discovered that most people hunger for purpose. I'm guessing you've made enough money and seen enough success to where now you've started playing the game of IMPACT.Most crave a life of significance, but it's very common if you've been missing the one thing to help them get there. As I'm sure you've figured out, it can be nearly impossible to even understand what you're capable of until you find a mentor, a guide, a leader who believes in you, someone who's committed to showing you your greatness, someone who's willing to get in the trenches with you, someone who can see your deepest scars but still believes in you nonetheless.After mentoring, coaching, and leading another 1,000 or so teens and another couple hundred adults, I started realizing that most people have never even fully been seen. Most teams aren't even operating at 20% of their potential. Most people have never even been put in situations where they can focus on the things that they can do better than anyone else in the world. Most teams have never been given the permission to fail at a level that's worth making a movie about.My greatest desire is building your dream. The bigger the opportunity, the bigger the dent you wish to make in history, the less convincing it takes me. Let's create moments that changes the course of human history, businesses that redesign possibility, and teams that people can't wait for Monday morning to get back to.
