I have been an elected Municipal Councillor since 2007 I have previously served as Mayor and served on a range of internal committees and external working groups. I am proud to serve the community where I have lived for the past 20+ years.

As a classroom teacher I currently teach Year 7-10 Digital Technologies and Humanities.

As a full time as a classroom teacher at St Francis Xavier College I taught a range of Digital Technologies based subjects to Year 7 — 9 students. In addition my responsibilities included being a Homeroom teacher and the elected Health and Safety Representative (HSR) for my Delegated Work Group which is the Officer Campus. As part of the HSR role I undertook an approved 5 day training course and attended the regular OHS committee meetings representing the Designated Work Group.

OSHClub provides centre based before and after school care to primary aged school children. My role is working as a coordinator at a Outside Hours School Care program. This operates within and subject to the National Quality Framework, laws and standards. As a Regional Operations Coordinator my responsibilities included:- Managing multiple (17) services, each with their own set of challenges and requirements. - Designing, leading and managing programs with a fantastic supportive team- Networking with schools and fostering the outstanding existing relationship with Junior Adventures Group- Planning a healthy eating menu and incorporate fun child driven programs

My role includes helping to design and manage the weekly program planning. staff rostering, staff engagement and training, implementing healthy eating plans,overseeing the safety of all children attending care,administration for the program and managing the weekly program planning.

Crown Coaches is an Accredited Operator based in Nunawading, providing safe and reliable coach charter services.As a school bus driver, I provided safe, reliable and friendly transport services to and from students home to the school. I worked closely with students who had special needs (moderate to severe intellectual disabilities and autism).

I worked in a collegiate fashion with teachers to develop, implement, assess and review teaching and learning for Year 7 - 12 students, using the requirements of the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) and the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE). I ensured my classroom followed the Principles of Learning and Teaching (PoLT) set by the Victorian Institute of Teachers, of which I am a fully registered member. I taught a range of subjects to a range of year levels, including History, Business Management and Legal Studies.
