I have been responsible for the design, Implementation, training and consultation for Decision Intellects, credit originations work flow, reporting and decisioning software Inteflow to Financial and Banking institutions. In this role I worked for the Information Services section and was tasked with managing the deployment of Microsoft Windows 7 to the whole organization. I have also been required to perform help desk tasks as part of my responsibilities which due to the size of the section also included Network and System Administration. In this role I was required to research and report on civil infrastructure in a live environment for the City. This was done to improve details and ease of access regarding all data associated with the City of Bayswaters infrastructure.During my time working in this role I was also working as an Information Technology Officer. This is due to the fact that because of the scale of the work needed to prepare for the planed amalgamations at the City of Bayswater, both the GIS and IT sections needed different amounts of help a different times. Because of this I learned a great deal about balancing work, multitasking tasking and work prioritization.

In this role I maintained and produced 2D and 3D civil engineering drawings of roads, interactions, drainage, reserves and community centres. I have extensive experience in the application of the Australian, Austroads and Main Roads WA Standards for both safe road design and TCD.I took part in the 20 000 000 droller MMP Community centre project under taken by the City of Bayswater. Where I helped designed modifications to the connecting roads, the main access roads, car parks and drainage systems associated with the buildings development. I have also worked with external consultants and community members being involved in other large projects like the redesign of the Morley City centre.During my time in this role I was also required to liaise with customers regarding road infrastructure concerns and through doing so improved my customer service skills.

The majority of the work involved civil and mechanical drafting creating designs using 12D and AutoCAD. having the opportunity to see how my designs effected the results working as a trades assisting building them.
