Ben Marshall phone numbers
As a Business Analyst and Software Engineer, to me the point of simplifying and making systems and processes more efficient is to improve people’s lives, and find this end result incredibly satisfying and rewarding. With a continuous focus on improving efficiency, performance and costs, I am not afraid to question processes that I think can be done better using technology and have a history of diplomatically influencing and supporting better outcomes. Even in my ‘down time’ I have a passion for business analytics and enjoy investigating improved ways to deliver requirements. An outgoing people person with strong relationship building skills, I have the ability to create a community around me which has netted positive results on multiple occasions including post-merger helping the staff of two organisations – and two development teams – to merge as a collaborative team. Also, following the initial Covid related lockdown, I organised events which brought staff back together again and reignited our sense of workplace community. I achieve objectives through a friendly, personable, can-do approach, combined with astute planning and abstract, innovative thinking and have a passion for finding the most intuitive solution while keeping clients goals clearly in mind. By creating goals and translating them into workable, sustainable business processes, I am consistently striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for staff, the business and the client.
