AVP is the crime victim assistance agency for the lesbian, gay, transgender and HIV/AIDS communities in New York City. AVP provides free and confidential assistance to thousands of crime victims each year in NY City. The agency maintains a 24- hour crisis intervention hotline staffed by professional counselors and trained volunteers, offering emotional and practical support to victims of homophobia, transphobia, AIDS phobia, bias and violence.

By coordinating services, planning strategies and speaking in a unified voice, we advocate for and more effectively respond to the needs of homeless and street-oriented youth in the New York metro area. Members are dedicated to mobilizing expertise and resources to assist homeless and street-oriented youth to lead safe, healthy and self-empowered lives.

Non-Profit Computing, Inc. (NPC), established in 1984, by John L German and Esther Dyson [ICANN/global democracy, and planetary consciousness] helps over 1000+ non-profit organizations to become more cost effective and self sufficient through the use of the internet and computers. NPC Learning and Access Centers are operating in over 100 after-school programs to allow non-reading grade school students to complete their homework and advance their literacy and numeracy through individual tutoring and computer-aided instruction. NPC matches computer professionals as volunteers to work with non-profit organization staff who need to become computer literate or use advanced technology to support and enhance their work. All Non-Profit Computing services: clinics, consultants, recruiting, software and equipment donations, specialized technical and management assistance, are offered free of charge. Currently as a UN NGO lobbing computer equipment donations over the digital divide into West Africa, reducing inequalities one shipping container at a time.

Wrote Cistercian Prayer: the Levels of Consciousness and Meaning in Psalmody. I withdrew it from publication during typesetting when I withdrew from the monastery. A collaboration with Ewert Cousins, Director of Spiritual Theology Department, Fordham University and Timothy Leary inner explorer, clarifying Leary's thought on 7 levels of consciousness, conflated with the ancient wisdom of Saint John Cassian/On Spiritual Knowledge Conference 12, 4 levels of mental activity stimulated during the practice of Lectio Divina, leading to anagogy.

Saint Patrick's Cathedral Magazine. Wrote for publication "Let Us Pray" monthly meditations. The idea of the sharing economy in the writings of Saint Augustine, and the parallels between the Crucifixion and the Jewish wedding ceremony and consummation met with censorship and my decision to reclaim my time.

Taking a class in Behavioral Psychology. I was the only student on the ball. Prof asked me to teach one class while he observed. He asked me to take over and disappeared. I taught the rest of the course; I was 3 pages ahead of the class in the textbook.

Composed and performed recorded soundtracks for videos and slide shows produced for the Episcopal Church. Was offered a recording contract by fan Noel Stookey, "Paul" of Peter, Paul and Mary. Passed on the offer as I had places to go.

Screenwriter, personnel manager, consultant and lighting assistant for the film Andy Warhol's Women in Revolt. Copies available for rent at Netflix, the Museum of Modern Art, the Warhol Museum.

Andy Warhol's Inter/VIEW began on newsprint. Rado and Ragni of Hair, and Viva Hoffman were on the cover nude, and there was Agnes Varda too. Andy loaded Inter/VIEWs into brown paper shopping bags and you couldn't leave home without one. We carried copies of the paper around town as we made the rounds every day. This was an early iteration of social networking media. Free magazine, everyone on "the list" got a copy, and an invitation to be interviewed or to interview a colleague. My paper route included Margaret Mead, Louise Nevelson, Huntington Hartford, Richard Avedon, many more. At first we had but one issue and delivered it over and over to the fun ones.

Created autographed Campbell's Tomato Soup cans for Mickey Ruskin to sell to artist and tourist customers in the front room of Max's. Hand wrote "Andy Warhol" on the cans with a black Pentel felt tip. 29c cans sold for 50 dollars. Created notes to tape on Max's cash register by the front door, addressed to premier celebrities who, um, presumably, were expected that night. Mickey paid in Ruskin Dollars redeemable for food. With rent and contingencies paid by Andy, our own compounding pharmacist, a groupie who ran a car service, we were free from care and could create evolutionary art. Oh, a Pentel pen was 79 cents for the autographs.
