I work in the assembly workshop of the Zoomlion concrete pump product line. I take part in all processes starting from the assembly of the machine with a truck to the delivery of the key to the customer. My duties and responsibilities: • Drawing the necessary parts for the chassis of the trucks (Mercedes, Man, Ford) where the pump will be assembled and following up the manufacturing process at the laser cutting supplier and ensuring that the parts reach the production on time. • Managing the workshop and 11 assembly technicians.• Managing the workshop expenses. • Purchasing the necessary materials for the assembly of the concrete pump. • Following up the assembly (production) and solving the problems that occur in production. • Organizing the workshop according to the principles of lean production. • Ensuring that the machine complies with TSE standards and is controlled. • Completing the necessary procedures (TSE, TÜV, programming) after the concrete pump assembly is completed. • Providing technical support in the after-sales service after the machines are delivered to the customer. • Organizing and planning the service of concrete pump service technicians. • Preparing the technical documents of other product groups (excavator, mobile crane, manlift, forklift).

YetGen is a 12-week 21st Century Competencies Training Program where pieces of training such as Effective Presentation Techniques, Teamwork, Career Planning, Excel, Information / Media / Finance Literacy, Social Innovation, and GirişGen process have been organized.I am completing the assignments given during the Yetkin Gençler Education and Awareness Program, and learn to establish my enterprise with the focus of the UN Sustainable Development Goals within the GirişGen process.

I made practical applications in machining, plastic injection and pressing departments in the factory's workshop. I also learned about materials and measuring technique.I did a project during my internship. This project was the renewal of the fractured upper and lower tables of the eccentric press. I was responsible for measuring, 3D drawing in SolidWorks, determining material and sending it to production.
