Ik zorgde voor het aansturen van de resources t.b.v. risicoanalyse, planning en uitvoering. Ik nam in deze functie deel aan de Change Advisory Board . Hierin worden de changes geaccordeerd t.b.v. de implementatie. Tijdens de implementatiefase draag ik zorg voor de planning en het naleven van alle afspraken welke bij de changes behoren. Na de uitvoering van de changes draag ik ook zorg voor de technische evaluatie van de changes. -

Deze gebouwbeheerssystemen waren volledig Microsoft georiënteerd. De verbinding met deze locaties werd gemaakt d.m.v. Ipsec-VPN oplossingen (Juniper, Cisco). De afdeling was een volledige Microsoft 2003 omgeving waarbij ook veel gebruik gemaakt werd van virtualisatietechnieken. Tevens had ik als neventaak, het leveren van 2e- en 3e-lijns support aan diverse beveiligingsinstallaties, toegangscontrole en cctv- systemen op softwaregebied. Tevens vielen alle ICT-aangelegenheden (netwerk en security, Microsoft etc.) bij de klanten van de serviceafdeling onder mijn verantwoording.
