I was also responsible for the software development in the Netherlands and I had 3 full time developers working on this. The service organization was still growing• Establish SLAs (service level agreements) • DAP's (File agreements and procedures) • Preparation of standards Level 1 (physical access), Level 2 (interdepartmental access), Level 3 (logical access) • SLA compliance with Dutch Government IT department related to host the Central system for the “Rijkspas Verkeershub” (central receiver for all applications Rijkspas) • SLA compliance with Sagem (Rijkspas producer) • Maintenance and management of the Rijkspasverkeershub (according ASL)

Het programma Rijkspas draagt bij aan de flexibilisering van de Rijksoverheid en is het logische vervolg op twee voorgaande succesvolle projecten met toegangscontrole voor de SG’s, pSG’s en andere leden van de Top Management Groep.Doel van het programma Rijkspas is het ontwikkelen en realiseren van een uniforme Rijkspas. Tevens ondersteunt het programma de deelnemende organisaties bij de implementatie van de Rijkspas. Invoering van de Rijkspas gebeurt in drie fases, met de volgende resultaatplateaus:Fysieke toegang per organisatieFysieke toegangsmogelijkheid tot meerdere organisatiesLogische toegang tot PC’s, netwerken en applicaties en eventuele andere toepassingen zoals biometrieDe Rijkspas past binnen een samenhangend concept voor een veilige, flexibele, effectieve en efficiënt geregelde toegangscontrole bij de Rijksoverheid. Dit concept wordt in eerste instantie geïmplementeerd bij de ministeries (kerndepartementen) in Den Haag. Het concept is echter onbeperkt opschaalbaar wat betreft het aantal deelnemende organisaties én de functionaliteiten

In deze functie coördineerde ik alle landelijke applicatie changes welke binnen Vts PN plaatsvinden. Dit houdt in dat ik vanaf het moment dat een change aanvraag binnen kwam, verantwoordelijk was voor de change. Ik zorgde voor het aansturen van de resources t.b.v. risicoanalyse, planning en uitvoering. Ik nam in deze functie deel aan de Change Advisory Board . Hierin worden de changes geaccordeerd t.b.v. de implementatie. Tijdens de implementatiefase draag ik zorg voor de planning en het naleven van alle afspraken welke bij de changes behoren. Na de uitvoering van de changes draag ik ook zorg voor de technische evaluatie van de changes.

Wat inhoudt dat ik voornamelijk zorgde voor een goede stroomlijning met de externe partijen welke voor Honeywell de ICT zaken regelden (WAN, LAN, telefonie etc). Tevens was ik verantwoordelijk voor de escalaties binnen de ICT indien deze niet tijdig of goed werden opgelost door onze externe partijen.

Mijn hoofdtaak was het verder uitbreiden van de Remote Services afdeling. Op deze afdeling maakten wij verbindingen met complexe gebouwbeheersystemens van onze klanten. Hierbij moet u denken aan CCTV, Beveiliging, Access control etc. Wij verzorgden hier het systeembeheer op deze locaties en ondersteunden onze klanten met softwarestoringen of aanpassingen. Deze gebouwbeheerssystemen waren volledig Microsoft georiënteerd. De verbinding met deze locaties werd gemaakt d.m.v. Ipsec-VPN oplossingen (Juniper, Cisco). De afdeling was een volledige Microsoft 2003 omgeving waarbij ook veel gebruik gemaakt werd van virtualisatietechnieken. Tevens had ik als neventaak, het leveren van 2e- en 3e-lijns support aan diverse beveiligingsinstallaties, toegangscontrole en cctv- systemen op softwaregebied. Tevens vielen alle ICT-aangelegenheden (netwerk en security, Microsoft etc.) bij de klanten van de serviceafdeling onder mijn verantwoording.
