From 2011–2014, I designed and developed an ambitious iOS camera app completely solo. Mattebox debuted to critical acclaim, and sat at the top of the top-grossing chart on the App Store for a while. After an 11 year hiatus (!), a brand new version is launching soon.

At IDEO, I guide teams through complex challenges, synthesizing complex human needs into concrete design implementations. I've served clients large and small as a designer, Project Lead and advisor—facing challenges from the tactical to the strategic.I'm passionate about creating the environment for designers and clients to do the best work of their lives. I find the greatest satisfaction in learning from other leaders and helping them grow.

As co-founder of Wanderlust Cameras with Justin Lundquist, I Kickstarted and released several physical photo products, including the Travelwide 4✕5 camera. From concept to industrial design; injection mold troubleshooting to custom eCommerce experience.
