My main responsibility is to keep a clear and consistent channel of communication with our customers throughout the project lifecycle, manage engineer resources and advise on any technical queries customers may have, whilst also making sure the project meets time and budget expectations.I am fortunate enough to have been involved in managing a diverse number of projects within a broad range of business sectors including Airports, Housing Associations, Regulation Authorities and Parcel Delivery Companies to name but a few.Throughout this experience, I have used this opportunity to see the people I encounter and work with as individuals I can learn from and people I can help.
