In January 2024, Scuderia AlphaTauri rebranded to Visa Cash App RB.Automated Pressure Tap Testing Project (WPF):- Designed and implemented Leakage test logic.- Lead discussions on Pressure Tap numbering - Resulted in standardisation of numbering system that enables better data processing.- Redesigned PLC data (solenoid states, pressure values) to include hardware information to enable the system to be upgraded. I.e. removed assumptions about the box from the Client application.- Created page that allows you to search for any part and highlight its Pressure Taps on a 3D view.- Upgraded debug page that allows you view of all scanner values and provide direct control of solenoids by removing deprecated controls/information and making better-use of window space.- Switched from an automatic PLC connection system to a manual one to prevent muli-client interference.- Redesigned and reimplemented Blockage test logic to be more extendable.- Mentored 2 Software Engineers to take over the project - Presented prerequisite information. - Hosted group programming sessions, progressively stepping back and giving them more control.Pressure Tap Testing Simulator Project (WPF):- Designed and Started implementing a simulation tool capable of re-running Pressure Tap tests by using the Pressure Over Time data collected for Toolbox visualisation - The project became less valuable as I was able to test with the physical box more frequently.IT:- Set up Desk Hardware - PC, Monitor, and Peripherals setup for new starters and internal relocations.- Reimaged old machines.

  • Oxford Brookes University
    Student Representative
Oxford Brookes University Sep 2021 - May 2023
    Oxford, England, United Kingdom
At the start of University, I applied to be a Student Rep for the Computer Science Course. This is an unpaid role where I speak to other students to determine how teaching and assessment at Brookes can be improved. I then organise and share my findings with the subject committee such that everyone that I have spoken to remains anonymous. The role also includes helping students with academic-, financial-, or other issues that they encounter during student life, by asking the Student Union for advice while, again, keeping students anonymous. However I am yet to be required in this domain.
  • Oxford Brookes University
    Pal Lead Tutor
Oxford Brookes University Jul 2022 - Apr 2023
    Oxford, England, United Kingdom
Having performed well in the first year of University, I was offered a role helping the 2022-2023 first-year students, leading the Peer-Assisted Learning (PAL) scheme.I set up a community Discord server complete with relevant and organised resources, a ticketing system for private help requests, and a well-organised channel list.I am leading a team of second-year students in delivering academic and logistical help.I was required to give a short speech in front of approximately 120 first-year students to introduce the PAL scheme. Many of the students were struggling with a module exclusive to the Artificial Intelligence course. Where none of us PAL students studied this course, we were unable to offer direct help. I took the initiative and, both: informed the module leader, and encouraged the students to speak up. As a result, over half of the AI students made use of the module leader's drop-in hours, which are usually neglected.
  • Digivue
    Full-Stack Developer
    Digivue May 2022 - Jul 2022
In my first year at Oxford Brookes, I was offered a voluntary role with DigiVue to work on the upcoming DigiAsk product: a presentation system that makes in-person meetings more interactive, and online meetings possible. On the backend, I helped fix an issue where slides imported from .pdf or .pptx formats would be displayed in a different order by DigiVue. This involved adding a new field to one of the database tables, and populating it in C#.On the frontend, I helped implement a quick-select option to the presentation; the user is shown a grid preview of slides in an overlay menu. Clicking one of the slides will close the menu and jump the presentation to that slide.
  • Code Ninjas
    Computer Science Tutor
    Code Ninjas Sep 2021 - Jul 2022
    Oxford, England, United Kingdom
At Code Ninjas Oxford, I have taught a variety of different technologies to children, including Scratch, JavaScript, and Electronics.
  • Fuze Technologies Ltd.
    Programming Tutor
Fuze Technologies Ltd. Oct 2018 - Mar 2021
My main role at Fuze Technologies was teaching programming to children through simple games. This required me to break down the concepts and communicate them. I also became proficient at finding errors quickly.Another role I took on was organising 2D assets into folders and applying search tags for the company's Fuze4 Nintendo Switch programming language. The language is designed for to be easy to grasp but has more complex features; it is geared towards game development, and provides a lot of music and graphics that users can include in their games. Before the release of Fuze4NS, I also spent a lot of time testing the product by reviewing tutorials, flagging issues, and writing programs.
