Providing occupiers with the help and support needed to formulate acquisition strategies, finding and securing the best assets to help grow their businesses profitably.Prior to joining SPACE, Ben was a director and head of retail agency at a large regional East Midlands practice for 8 years, and before this, worked as a development manager for one of the region’s leading developers, gaining valuable experience in the full development spectrum from acquisition to delivery of mixed-use projects.Key recent projects;  Lead director for institutional Landlord clients managing mixed use city and town centre portfolios, advising on strategic asset planning, agency, and landlord & tenant matters Acquisition of land interests for development with private developers negotiating unconditional, conditional and option agreements for residential and mixed-use development Working with mixed-use portfolios throughout the Midlands, East and the South comprising residential, industrial and retail for both private and large corporate clients Lettings advisor on two large outlet schemes in the UK one of which is in a pre-development phase, negotiating agreement for lease and lease contracts Lead agency advisor for occupier clients in the acquisition of new properties in shopping centre, high street, roadside and retail park settings for PLC and national restaurant chain, working in various locations throughout the UK  Ben has acted for several local authority clients on a range of development consultancy and disposals of assets in the East Midlands.Working in the field and the company’s offices in Leicester and London, Ben lives in Nottingham with his wife Ann, also a Chartered Surveyor, and their two children. He enjoys running and cycling, and is involved in the coaching of junior football teams at England’s largest grassroots football club, West Bridgford Colts.
